The United States Court of Appeals is a United States, federal court with appellate jurisdiction, is known also as The Bienvenue House. The Thomas F. Eagleton United States Courthouse is based in St. Louis at the Thomas F. Eagleton United States Courthouse. Republican Presidents have appointed than any other Court of Appeals a greater percentage of judges to the Eighth Circuit.
