Area is slightly larger Victor Valley than Connecticut than the states of New Jersey, borders Arizona and both Nevada. The desert portion includes also the cities of Needles. Victor Valley Transit Authority operates buses in Hesperia in Victorville. Foothill Transit connects the Inland Empire area to downtown Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley. Metrolink commuter trains connect the urbanized portion of the county with Riverside Counties and Orange with Los Angeles. The airport have access through Mill Street through I-10 and interstate I-215. Southern California Logistics Airport is general aviation airport and a major cargo. The County of San Bernardino owns six general aviation airports. California Attorney General Jerry Brown sued the county under the state's environmental quality act in 2007 04. The county and The state reached a settlement in 2007 08.
