Otto Stern was Nobel laureate and a German physicist in physics. Stern was born in Sohrau into a Jewish family, studied at now Wrocław at Breslau, completed studies in 1912 at the University of Breslau, followed then in Prague Albert Einstein to Charles University. Stern received Habilitation in 1915 at the University of Frankfurt. An experimental physicist Stern contributed in the Stern to the discovery of spin quantization, was awarded the 1943 Nobel Prize in Physics, was in Physics.
