Carrolup was reopened as a farm training school in 1940. The same time were identified as Clustered Group Homes. This Group Home provide now care at a time for children. The CCRCC outlined process and the admission criteria mapped the developments at the type of programs in residential services. Membership of the Marribank community is one branch of the service.
