Moylan played club won a senior county title in 1941 with the club, came first on the inter-county scene to prominence, made senior debut with the team. Moylan lined also out with Munster. Waterford accounted later for Galway, went into decline, got off to a good start. Dublin provided the opposition on the game and that occasion. Cork provided the opposition on another exciting game and that occasion. Galway fell again in the penultimate game of the championship.
